Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and set up cranes, pulleys, winches, and hoists.
  • Assemble and install rigging gear such as cables, ropes, and clamps.
  • Inspect and prepare loads for lifting.
  • Secure loads using slings, chains, or ropes to prevent shifting or imbalance.
  • Attach loads to rigging equipment and align, level, and anchor machinery after placement.
  • Conduct risk assessments and follow strict safety protocols.
  • Inspect rigging equipment before and after use.
  • Ensure safety of team members and bystanders during operations
  • Dismantle and store equipment properly after use.
  • You always collaborate and maintain constant communication with the site manager, foreman, rigger, and other involved parties.

Qualifications

  • Highschool Diploma
  • You are proficient in the English language, with solid skills in writing and reading.
  • Age at least 25 years old
  • You have broad expertise in the operation and application of equipment and lifting gear.
  • You have a minimum of 5-10 years of work experience in Oil and Gas within GCC countries (with experience certificates)
